Rosecrest Farm is nestled in Washington's beautiful Chehalis valley, and has been producing award-winning milk for over 25 years. The family owned farm is owned and operated by Gary and Sharon McCool.
In the early morning hours, the process begins with the cows being brought in from the pasture to be milked.  Within minutes, the fresh filtered milk is transferred directly into the cheese vat.  This is where Sharon begins the cheesemaking process for the day.  The hand-crafted cheese is made using old world recipes and techniques. Making the Swiss cheese both delicious and unique.  Regular Swiss; Mountain Swiss; Country Herb & Garlic Swiss; Caraway Swiss; Hot Pepper Swiss; and Mutschli Swiss.

                  We are very excited about seeing you there every Saturday!!!
******June 15th thru October 26th, we will be at the 'Community Farmers Market'
                 in downtown Chehalis.  Every Tuesday you are more then welcome to stop by
                 and have a 'taste'.                                           
******September 25th and 26th, we will be showcasing and selling our swiss cheese at
                 the PIKES PLACE ARTISAN FOOD FESTIVAL...This festival will be featuring
                 10 outdoor craft food 'pavilions' with the following themes: beer, wine, cheese,
                 coffee & tea, meat, bread, chocolate, seafood, vegetables, artisan products and
                 transportation/sustainability.  It will also feature chef demonstrations and seminars
                  on interesting topics.  And there will be live music, children's activities, and a
                 beer and wine garden--something for all interests and ages. See you there!!
*****November 26th and 27th, Need to walk off all that turkey???Then you will want to come
               the 2010 LACEY HOLIDAY BAZAAR,  at St. Martin's University Marcus Pavilion,
               in Lacey, Washington.  Our cheese will be upstairs in Mezzanine.  A wheel of cheese
              would be that perfect gift for that special 'cheese monger'. Don't forget, we ship,,, 
              and,,,in time for Christmas.
