This cheese is made the way they do in Switzerland. They prefer to 'fill in the holes', giving the cheese alittle sharper flavor.

"MUTSCHLI SWISS"
Mutschli is a small wheel of swiss, in all flavors of swiss. It is dryer and sharper then it's 'bigger brother'. Best when  grated on a salad or on top of your favorite pasta.

"COUNTRY HERB & GARLIC SWISS"
An elegant blend of garlic, rosemary, oregano, and basil. Added to the flavors of the swiss...WOW!

"HOT PEPPER SWISS"
This is a wonderful marriage between hot peppers and the smoky-nutty flavor of swiss. A very unique and delicious taste.

"CARAWAY SWISS" 
A 'must have' for that Holiday Party. (Don't forget to order this one early.)
